Right to Rent Checks
In accordance with UK government legislation, all adult tenants must undergo a Right to Rent check before entering into a tenancy agreement. At Rapid Lettings, we carry out these checks diligently, verifying original identity documents to confirm each applicant has the legal right to reside in the UK. These checks are a legal requirement and form part of our standard pre-tenancy procedures.
